B…B…Bike Week?!

Hey Everyone!

This week has been super fun! I never thought I would miss biking, but this week was great! We share the car with another companionship so we get the car for a week and then we hand it off and bike for a week; and this week was our week to bike.

We had a couple days where we were biking in the rain which they say is what really initiates you as missionary haha. It’s strange to say, but I couldn’t help but grin the whole way. I love this work.

This week I gained a whole new appreciation for the amazing missionaries I get to serve with this transfer. We all are unique in our own way, but it came together for a really great and spiritual District Council on Wednesday in which I learned a lot! My companion is also a really good cook and he makes cinnamon rolls from scratch for everyone!

I am super excited to keep working here in Fort Mill. The area has started to feel a lot smaller now, but it’s all good because I am also really learning my way around town!

So many miracles have been happening since we got here to Fort Mill, and it just shows that God really trusts us here. This last week I learned that we have absolute control of our own attitudes. I kept on catching myself smiling at the strangest of times, like when I got splashed by a puddle, or when the 13th door in a row didnt open. It’s hard to be unhappy when you’re focusing on Christ!

I love you all and hope you all have a great week! And yes, it was great talking to my family this morning!

Until next week,
Elder Klingler
