Sign Language!?

Hey Everyone,

This week has been really bittersweet. I got transferred again, this time up to a town called Morganton. I really enjoyed every moment of my time in Mooresville and I am going to miss everyone I met there. I never imagined that I would only be there for a month!

When President Alexander called us the day before transfers we expected one of us to be called into leadership or to train, but we were so wrong. The first words out of the phone was “Elder Klingler, you know Sign Language, don’t you?” So now I’m up here in Morganton because we are working with a few deaf people and have multiple deaf members here as well. This is going to be a serious adventure! Haha

Morganton has lots of other neat upsides to it as well, and lots of fun finding events each week. These include the Friday night car meets at a neat little diner in town, and a huge flee market every Saturday. This is going to be one of my most memorable areas haha.

That is my week in a nutshell, but I’m sure I will have much more to share next week! I hope you all have an incredible week!

Until next time,

Elder Klingler

Pictures:
1. These members had us over for dinner and they have a pet FLYING SQUIRREL! He was climbing all over me. His name is Sparky
2. We went to that car meet to meet people and also saw some pretty nice classic cars! I was in heaven haha
