The weeks are growing!
This week went by a lot slower than the last few have, but its all good. This week in particular we had many chances to serve the people of Chester.
On Friday we spent a solid 3 hours serving at this Thrift Store who puts all their proceeds to buy supplies meant to fix up this old boarding house that they are trying to turn into a Women's Shelter which we spent a few hours fixing up on saturday.
I love to tell people how I've recently learned the value of hard work, and I am so glad that I am able to apply that to my missionary work to help people in all walks of life.
I challenge all of you to find a way to serve someone around you this week, whether its big or small, find a way to make someone's day easier, to make their burden lighter, or to lift someone's spirits higher. I promise you that if you do this you will find that the feeling you get afterward will be well worth the effort!
